Spy Photos Of Revised Mercedes-Benz S63 AMG And GLK Models Emerge

Spy photos of forthcoming Mercedes models continue to pour in, as the industrious gentlemen of GlobalMotors.net have captured pictures of not one but two yet to be unveiled models: a revised Mercedes-Benz S63 AMG and a GLK featuring LED daytime running lights – one that in all probability is a hybrid variant of the new SUV.

On the S63 AMG, changes are said to be largely cosmetic, with a revised rear bumper and taillights, new side mirrors, a slightly altered grille and LED daytime lamps some of the areas the new model will differ from the outgoing variant (for comparison, here's some photos of the current S63 AMG). Engines in both the S63 AMG and S65 AMG are expected to remain unchanged, although fuel efficiency is said to be improving thanks to the use of lighter materials, direct-injection technology and engine stop-start system.

As for the GLK-Class spotted, it looks virtually identical to the current model, save for the aforementioned LED daytime running lights. However, due to the fact it was photographed cold weather testing in the Arctic after its official market launch, there's likely more going on than meets the eye, and our guess (as was GlobalMotors') is that Mercedes is testing their hybrid drivetrain on the model.

We'll keep you posted as new details of either model are unveiled; in the meantime, keep scrolling for a few additional shots of both the updated Mercedes S63 AMG and GLK-Class, then head over to GlobalMotors.net to view both their Mercedes S63 AMG and Mercedes GLK-Class Hybrid spy photo galleries in their entirety.
